Module 1: Introduction to journaling and your Journal Through It Action Plan

• Learn how journaling is your #1 tool for self-improvement and life satisfaction, explore various fun and productive ways you can journal, and start to create a Journal Through It action plan to access anytime you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or dissatisfied in life.

Module 2: Establishing your hierarchy of needs

• Organize your personal and professional to-do lists so they don’t take over your life, focus on the areas that matter most to you in life, and let go of the things that aren’t serving you anymore.

Module 3: Gathering background information

At first, I was considered that I would not be able to keep up with the modules, that I would not have time to do any of the work and that everyday life would get in my way of working on my priority task. Once I realized that I could take the class at my own pace I
definitely wanted to participate.
